10 Day Yoga Challenge for Beginners | DAY 8

WELCOME to DAY 8 of our 10 Day YOGA CHALLENGE!

For Day 8, we explore postures and movements that test our balance.

We work on establishing a strong base, a strong foundation before moving on our mats. In this class, we build strength and stability in our whole body, especially in our feet and legs.

It is okay if we fall out of a posture because the ground is there to catch you. I am there for you. And you are there for yourself.

Repeat this to yourself throughout the practice to serve as a reminder that YOU GOT THIS!
